General rules
x layout drawing is prepared in a vector program Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps) or CorelDRAW (.cdr);
x layout drawing contains only 1 layer;
x all images are combined and not grouped;
x images are in the curves, the thickness is 0;
x all curves and lines of each image are closed;
x images are not intersect or overlap each other;
x images must not intersect or overlap each other;
x the distances between any of the images, as well as between lines within the image are not less than 0,5 mm for foil stamping and embossing for blind - 0,4 mm;
x the thickness of all parts of the image are not less than 0,2 mm;
x each image is built on the lowest possible number of points.
One-level dies
x 100% black and white shading;
x image with black color is impression element.
Multilevel dies
x each levels are filled with different color;
x it is necessary to select a shape, which will be used for production of die.
